INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is done using UPS. Please contact us to obtain a
shipping estimate before you place your order. Please include a complete
shipping address, the product number and the quantity of the item you are
interested in purchasing. We look forward to handling your international

REFUND POLICY
Our website is designed for you to be able to proofread your orders and confirm your drafts online prior to checkout. Although our consultants will review your order for grammar, spelling, wording and etiquette, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. We encourage you to check your online preview thoroughly before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Changes in your order BEFORE it is printed:
If you decide to make a change before the vendor has printed your stationery, no extra charge will be incurred. Typically, you will have no more than 3 hours from time of order.
Please contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at the vendor.
Changes or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 40% discount.
RETURN POLICY
Errors made by YourPaperTrail.com or the Vendor:
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
